We wanted to go past just removing the alcohol for a more mindful beer and create positive wellness to try and help support natural balance in our hectic, modern world.
A hazy golden coloured liquid, delivering earthy citrus and pine aromas on the nose, with a slight background of caramel. Citrus is delivered by grapefruit, orange rind, and also tropical pineapple. You discover slight caramel sweetness and the finish is long, earthy & bitter. Brewed to 0.5% with a functional finish of adaptogenic organic Reishi. We use organic* fruiting body Reishi. This concentrated hot-water (polysaccharide-rich) and ethanolic (triterpene-rich) extract of log-grown (Duan Wood) Reishi is standardised to deliver the full benefit of this most revered of mushrooms. Known as the Queen of Mushrooms due to her bad ass qualities; Research suggests its Reishi’s impressive polysaccharide content helps support the immune system and keep it on top form. Naturally high in antioxidant properties, it has been referred to as the mushroom of immortality in ancient Chinese texts, rich in triterpenes, it has been used in TCM and Eastern medicine to help overall wellbeing and health for centuries.
