A tribute to one of Below’s favourite beer styles. The malts are really at the forefront with Magnum, First Gold & Saaz hops added in to beautifully round it off. Brune was somewhat of a passion project for Below Brew Co-Founder Rob as he felt the AF sector was really lacking brown beers and particularly, Belgium inspired and UK brewed.
It’s a beautifully deep and rich beer with plenty of biscuity notes with complex subtleties of coffee, spices & chocolate.

Below Brew use Saaz, Goldings & Magnum hops to add even more complexities. It’s a proper treat. 

The combination of rye and malts is excellent, it provides a perfect mouthfeel, robust and warming, flavours include woody hops, biscuity malt and lingering bitterness.
Some real depth of flavour with a creamy, caramel, malty, smoky base and piney/earthy hops adding balance

This is great treat for those of us who like a strong flavour.
