Handcrafted on 50-year-old Deeside mineral water, built from 100% natural botanicals.
Tasting Notes: Zesty white grapefruit mingles with aromatic lemongrass to create a vibrant, fresh tang. Classic juniper and supporting botanicals β angelica, coriander and quassia β give it genuine gin character beneath the citrus.
Serve suggestions: Best mixed with Mediterranean tonic water or lime and elderflower sparkling water at a 1:3 ratio. Also excellent as the base for an alcohol-free G&T or citrus spritz. Not designed to be drunk neat.
