Copenhagen Sparkling Tea is a non-alcoholic, sparkling beverage made from a blend of up to 13 different organic teas. It was developed by Danish award-winning sommelier Jacob Kocemba, combining Nordic innovation with Asian tea heritage. The Sparkling Tea comes in various expressions, like BLÅ, Lysegrøn, and Lyserød, each offering unique flavor profiles.
Lyserød Offers intense aromas of red berries and apples, with hints of blackberries and hibiscus.
LYSERØD is the perfect alcohol-free alternative to a rosé. It is the driest version of Sparkling Tea, yet still smooth and round in its taste. You will experience intense aromas of red berries and red apples. A complex and comfortably dry taste follows, thanks to the Oolong tea, combined with hints of blackberries and hibiscus.
It’s all balanced by the smooth Silver Needle white tea and finished with light bitter fruity notes. The colour is a light pink rosé.
LYSERØD pairs beautifully with light dishes within the salty kitchen. It goes especially well with seafood and particularly oysters. When the sun is out, it’s a sure hit!
