The Glen Dochus Highland is a beautifully fruity and elegant expression — light and lifted on the nose, rich and creamy on the palate, with a long malty finish that keeps you coming back. Built on 50-year-old Deeside mineral water, filtered through the Grampian mountains, it's a whisky alternative that rewards slow sipping.

Aroma: Very fruity and light, with rich notes of apricot and warm spice.
Palate: Fresh and beautifully balanced — vanilla, pear drops and a wonderfully creamy texture.
Finish: Quite long and gentle, with malty depth and a very fruity farewell.

Serve: Best enjoyed mixed with still or sparkling water, or your favourite mixer, at a 1:3 ratio. Not designed to be drunk neat.
