A bright, aromatic non-alcoholic sparkling white from Germany's Rheinhessen
Miris Blend Blanc Aromatique is a fruit-forward alcohol-free sparkling white made with Cabernet Blanc from Rheinhessen. Delicate, creamy bubbles and a floral, perfumed character make it an elegant aperitif for a relaxed evening or a festive moment.
Tasting Notes
Light lemon in the glass, with delicate, creamy bubbles. The nose brings gooseberry, pear, kiwi and lime, alongside subtle perfumed, floral notes. On the palate, it is fruit-driven and pleasant, with flattering acidity and a long finish.
How to Serve
A wine for both relaxing and festive moments. Its luminous lemon colour and delicate, creamy bubbles make it lovely as an aperitif, for a casual glass on the terrace, or to enjoy in peace and quiet in the bath. Its fruitiness and acidity pair beautifully with Manchego, Italian food, seafood and fish. For dessert, try it with cheesecake, lemon tart with meringue, macaroons, crème brûlée or panna cotta.
From Vineyard to Bottle
The Cabernet Blanc grapes grow in Rheinhessen’s light, porous loess soils, enriched with clay and marl. Sunny, warm days, cooler nights and the moderating influence of the Rhine create a balanced ripening climate. The vines are pruned to one cane to balance yield and quality, with harvest running from August to October and picking done by machine and by hand.
Whole bunches are gently pressed and naturally settled to preserve aroma. Fermentation uses primarily ester-producing yeasts, selected for their stability during dealcoholisation. The wine is then vacuum-distilled under gentle conditions at 60 mbar and 35°C. Patented aroma recovery returns the separated aromas to the wine, helping preserve its full character.
