On the nose, the wine gives an expression of green apples, lemon pie, meringue and biscuits, as well as subtle notes of something more perfumed & floral. On the palate, the wine is fruit-driven & pleasant, with pleasant acidity and a citrusy finish.

A wine that sets the mood for both relaxation and festive moments. With its bright lemon colour and delicate, creamy bubbles, it is perfect as an aperitif, for a casual moment on the terrace, or to enjoy in peace and quiet in the bathtub.

The wine pairs beautifully with dishes such as white wine steamed mussels or a spicy green curry. It is also an excellent match for salads with chèvre, honey and walnuts, as well as classics such as fish and chips. For dessert, it is at its best with lemon tart with meringue, macaroons, cheesecake, crème brûlée or panna cotta.
