A crisp, aromatic non-alcoholic sparkling white from Germany's Rheinhessen
Miris Blend Blanc de Blancs is a lively sparkling white from Rheinhessen, with a light lemon colour and delicate, creamy bubbles. Fresh fruit, floral notes and a fine citrus finish make it an inviting aperitif and a thoughtful match for the table.
Tasting Notes
Green apple, lemon pie, meringue and biscuit aromas meet subtle perfumed, floral notes. The palate is fruit-driven and pleasant, with refreshing acidity and a citrus-led finish.
How to Serve
Enjoy as an aperitif, on the terrace or for a quiet moment at home. Pair it with white pizza topped with pear and blue cheese, white-wine-steamed mussels, spicy green curry, salads with chèvre, honey and walnuts, or fish and chips. For dessert, try lemon meringue tart, macarons, cheesecake, crème brûlée or panna cotta.
From Vineyard to Bottle
The grapes grow in Rheinhessen’s light, porous loess soils, enriched with clay and marl. Sunny, warm days, cooler nights and the moderating influence of the Rhine create a balanced ripening climate. The vines are pruned to one cane to balance yield and quality, with harvest from August to October and picking done by machine and by hand.
Whole bunches are gently pressed and naturally settled to protect their aromas. Fermentation uses primarily ester-producing yeasts, selected for their stability during dealcoholisation and their ability to develop brioche and biscuit aromas over time. The wine is aged in tanks for at least nine months before dealcoholisation, then vacuum-distilled at 50 millibars and 31°C to help preserve its delicate aromas.
