A floral, fruit-forward non-alcoholic sparkling rosé from Germany's Palatinate

Miris Blend Rosé Aromatique is a premium alcohol-free sparkling rosé made with Pinot Noir, Merlot and Cabernet Cubin grapes from the Palatinate. Cool fermentation and gentle de-alcoholisation help preserve its delicate aromas, while patented aroma recovery returns those aromas to the wine for a fuller character.

How to Serve

Serve chilled for a long lunch, a golden-hour gathering or a celebration. Its freshness works beautifully on its own or alongside salads, grilled vegetables, seafood, sushi, berries, citrus-dressed dishes, charcuterie and soft cheeses.

From Vineyard to Bottle

The grapes come from several sub-regions of the Palatinate, where dry, heat-retaining soils in the north sit alongside looser, water-efficient calcareous soils in the south. Whole bunches are gently pressed, then fermented at low temperatures in steel tanks to develop floral and fruity aromas. The wine is dealcoholised by gentle vacuum distillation at 60 mbar and 35°C; the separated aromas are recovered and added back to preserve its aroma spectrum.
