A Silky Non-Alcoholic Hazy Pale Ale from Leeds-based Northern Monk

The culmination of a year's R&D, Faith AF is Northern Monk's alcohol-free take on their classic hazy pale. Pushing traditional brewing techniques to extremes, they built up a surprisingly robust base — oats for that silky mouthfeel associated with NE styles, maltodextrin to further bulk out the body, and a touch of caramel malt for colour and sweetness. Hopped with Citra Cryo and El Dorado for notes of lemongrass, citrus zest and a light peppery finish over bready malt flavours.
