The Sfusato lemon is something special: grown on the terraces of the Amalfi Coast without pesticides or fertilisers, harvested by hand and peeled without the pith. Rich in vitamin C and refreshing essential oils, with low acidity and an unusually large size — it’s the only lemon you can bite into.
