About the Brewery

Founded in 2013 by Manchester University students, Paul and George, ShinDigger is an independent brewery focused on easy-drinking session beers. Known for creative, vibrant branding, they specialize in, pale ales, and IPAs, often using natural fruit extracts. Operating as a "shadow brewer," based in the arches under Piccadilly station Manchester they focus on recipe development
