The newest expression in the Sobour range, Doublewood is the darkest and most complex of the three — a double-wood inspired bourbon alternative that leans into rich, brooding depth. Presented in the same distinctive square bottle, made with bourbon cask woodchips and Scottish Deeside spring water filtered for 50 years through Cairngorm granite.
A note from Andy: “The latest in the range from Sobour is, as the title says, very woody in flavour. This is a dark alcohol-free bourbon alternative that gives a great sipping drink in a heavy-bottomed glass.”
Tasting Notes: Fragrant Madagascan vanilla blends with woody American oak, sweet burnt caramel and honey to produce an elegant and smoky Double Wood taste.
Serve suggestions: Best enjoyed over ice with a splash of water, or mixed at a 1:3 ratio with your favourite mixer. Not designed to be drunk neat.
