Sobour arrives in a distinctive square bottle that signals quality from the moment you pick it up. Created using bourbon cask woodchips and Scottish Deeside spring water — filtered for 50 years through Cairngorm granite — the Rye Style is a contemporary alcohol-free take on a classic American rye-inflected bourbon: full of character, complexity and mouthfeel, with nothing to compromise on.

Tasting Notes: Warming black pepper and toasted spices blend with hints of French oak to produce a rye style serve full of character. Mellow notes of apricot and brown toffee are luscious on the palate. Notes of tobacco spice and new leather give a pleasing aromatic finish.

Serve suggestions: Best enjoyed over ice with a splash of water, or mixed at a 1:3 ratio with your favourite mixer. Not designed to be drunk neat.
