A balanced Non-Alcoholic Pale Ale from Manchester-based Track Brewery
Sonoma, but not as you know it! Track has brewed an uncompromising alcohol-free version of its classic session pale, bringing that familiar beer-garden feeling to your more sensible evenings.
Classic Citra and Mosaic hops are balanced together in harmony, creating the instantly recognisable Sonoma flavour. Made for whenever and wherever you fancy a pale ale, Sonoma AF captures the spirit of sun-drenched beer gardens, Sunday sessions and a well-earned post-work pint.
Tasting Notes & Hop Character
Citra and Mosaic hops take centre stage in a balanced pale ale that stays true to the character of Track's classic Sonoma session pale.
Why this hop pairing? Citra is known for bright citrus and tropical-fruit aromatics, often associated with grapefruit, lime and mango. Mosaic brings a complementary range of tropical-fruit, berry and pine characteristics. These are typical characteristics of the hop varieties, rather than a checklist of flavours guaranteed in every glass.
In Sonoma AF, Track brings these two classic hops together in harmony, putting their familiar hop character at the heart of its alcohol-free take on Sonoma.
How to Serve
Serve chilled in your favourite beer glass. A great choice for relaxed evenings, weekend get-togethers or a post-work alcohol-free pint.

About Track Brewery
Track's story began in 2008, when founder Sam set off on a cycling adventure that became a two-year, 35,000-mile journey through 25 countries across five continents. The small breweries and taprooms he discovered across the United States showed him how beer could bring people together, inspiring the idea that would become Track.
After honing his brewing craft in London, Sam returned to the North West and established Track beneath Manchester's Piccadilly Station. Seven years later, in May 2021, the brewery moved to a larger home on Piccadilly Trading Estate, creating the space he'd always imagined: a working brewery and taproom side by side, where people could enjoy beer fresh from its source.
That spirit of discovery still runs through Track today: craft beers that take you on an adventure.
