A crisp, malt-led Non-Alcoholic Beer from Zaragoza-based Ambar
Three zeros, one distinctive Spanish beer. Ambar Triple Zero brings together 0.0% alcohol, gluten-free brewing and zero sugar, while keeping the malt and hop character at the heart of a satisfying beer.
Brewed with barley malt and traditional beer ingredients, this Spanish import balances fresh bread and cereal notes with herbal hops and a crisp, dry finish. It's a refreshing option for relaxed evenings, leisurely lunches or discovering something different from Spain.
Tasting Notes
Pale straw yellow in the glass with a compact white head. Light malt and fresh bread aromas meet resinous and herbal hop notes. A light-to-medium body carries cereal and malt flavours through to a hoppy finish, with dry, balancing bitterness.
What Makes It Triple Zero?
- Alcohol Free: brewed and carefully de-alcoholised to achieve 0.0% ABV while retaining the beer's character.
- Gluten Free: an enzymatic brewing process reduces gluten levels to below 6 ppm, according to the importer. The beer is brewed with barley malt; gluten-free does not mean barley-free.
- Sugar Free: dietary fibre helps support mouthfeel and body in a recipe developed to deliver zero sugars without losing flavour and balance.
How to Serve
Serve chilled in a beer glass to enjoy its malt and herbal hop aromas. Try it with tapas, grilled vegetables or a relaxed picnic, where its crisp finish can complement the food.

About Ambar
Founded in 1900 as La Zaragozana in Zaragoza's historic San José neighbourhood, Ambar remains an independent, family-owned brewery rooted in Aragón. It has a long history of brewing innovation, launching an alcohol-free beer in Spain in 1976.
Ambar opened a modern brewery in 2020, while its original site became an educational brewing centre and museum, preserving traditional open fermentation vats and wooden machinery. Triple Zero brings that brewing heritage together with a modern approach to alcohol-free, gluten-free and sugar-free beer.
