A Rich Non-Alcoholic Hefe-Weissbier from Bavarian Brewer Maisel's Weisse

Maisel's Weisse Alkoholfrei is the ideal thirst-quencher for the active and nutrition-conscious Weissbier lover. Isotonic, rich in vitamins and with 33% fewer calories than Maisel's Weisse Original, it delivers the bright amber colour, fruity character and spicy wheat beer taste you'd expect — with none of the alcohol.

Brewing a genuinely tasty alcohol-free wheat beer is an art in itself. Maisel's didn't want to compromise, so they developed their own unique dual-brew process. First, Maisel's Weisse Original is brewed using the brewery's own Maisel's Weisse Hefe yeast, and the alcohol is then gently removed. Simultaneously, a second brew is prepared where fermentation is stopped early to prevent malt sugar converting to alcohol. The two brews are then blended together — a technique familiar from wine production — combining the best of both methods to preserve the full aroma of Maisel's Weisse Original in every alcohol-free sip.
